The North Carolina Jewish Studies Consortium (NCJSC) connects scholars of Jewish Studies across colleges and universities throughout the state.

Established during a 2011 meeting of Jewish Studies faculty at Elon University, the consortium fosters communication, collaboration, and the exchange of information on topics related to Jewish Studies. Members share updates on academic and cultural events, research initiatives, and other items of interest to faculty across North Carolina institutions.

The consortium holds an annual gathering hosted by one of its member campuses, providing an opportunity for networking, discussion, and collaboration.

Faculty who teach or conduct research in Jewish Studies—regardless of department, program, or center affiliation—are encouraged to participate. Advanced (graduate) students in Jewish Studies are also welcome to attend consortium events and contribute to discussions.
